Settlement of Real Estate Contract Dispute in Favor of Builder

Douglas Hargett represented a real estate developer and builder in a contract dispute with a residential home purchaser. The purchaser entered into a contract to purchase a home from the client. However, after a substantial number of custom improvements requested by the purchaser were made to the home and property, the purchaser backed out of the contract and refused to purchase the home.
